TUESDAYS- POWER VINYASA YOGA

CLEVELAND YOGA {UPTOWN}

12:15 & 6:45PM

Get ready to sweat, be challenged, and have fun!  These classes are physically challenging and creatively designed to transform your body, revive your spirit and make you feel ALIVE.  The Hot studio is heated to 87+ degrees. Classes are designed for ALL LEVELS, although some knowledge of basic poses is suggested.  Are you ready to Find a New Edge?

 

WEDNESDAYS {REVIVAL}- 6pm YOGA STRONG CLE

We're turning down the volume and tuning into the vibrations for this relaxing and restorative practice. A 75 minute slow {yin}centric flow + sound experience with extended gong savasana.

SUNDAY-9:30am // YOGA STRONG CLE

Intermediate vinyasa yoga class. Students who want to be physically challenged and move with the pace of their breath feel great in this flow class. Very limited focus on arm balances and inversions. Beginners are welcome.

 

SUNDAYS 6PM // CLEVELAND YOGA {BEACHWOOD}

Do you find yourself rushing from place to place, multi-tasking, even rushing through your yoga practice?! Slow down, breathe and delve into a deeper level of awareness. This class is designed to help redirect your focus inward. The class starts with a traditional power vinyasa sequence of 'yang' and moves to longer holding 'yin' postures. A YIN practice is the perfect compliment to our regular power vinyasa classes and your active lifestyle. Yin yoga works deeply into the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia), healing joints and increasing flexibility.
